“Icebreaker” bow including 2 consecutive watertight compartments (crash boxes) for enhanced anti-collision safety. Dolphin striker also able to absorb possible collisions against other vessels, docks, buoys, etc.
Stern composed of 4 watertight compartments (crash boxes), also serving as large storage lockers.
Hinged watertight door ensuring total watertightness of the cabin, yet light enough to be easily operated with one hand.
Framing: structure of 5mm T-bars, large module T-stringers. Bottom plate: 8mm, edge plate: 6mm, deck: 5mm.
NACRA profile keel with a half bulb at the bottom, allowing the sailboat to be easily grounded against a quay. Keel comprising two compartments separated by an aluminium plate: ballast of lead at the bottom, diesel tank on top. Ballast is calculated to provide excellent righting moment curve with or without diesel in the tank. The keel's integration into the hull provides ultra-secure grounding in case of stranding.
Tiller for simplicity, safety, and sensitivity. Balanced tiller with 3 hinges, no stern tube, protected by a large skeg.
